Appsheet Print
Chrome extension

Print your AppSheet views, cleanly.

Appsheet Print turns Ctrl+P on a table or deck view into a clean, printer-friendly report — no screenshots, no cut-off columns.

Works in AppSheet's Desktop mode: open a table or deck view on desktop, press Ctrl+P, and get a properly formatted local print instead of a browser screenshot.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free? +

Yes. Every AppSheet app gets 100 free prints a month, shared across everyone who uses it, with no signup required beyond installing the extension. If an app needs more than that, you can register it and upgrade to Pro for unlimited prints at $19.99/month — covering every user of that app, not just whoever registered it.

How does it work? +

Appsheet Print is a Chrome extension, and everything happens locally in your browser. Open your AppSheet app on your Desktop, and press Ctrl+P on a table or deck view to build a clean, printer-friendly report from what's already rendered on the page, then hand it to your browser's normal print dialog. No AppSheet data is uploaded anywhere — the extension is only linked to our server to track usage, that's it.

Does it respect filtering and sorting? +

Yes. The print will follow along with whatever filtering and sorting you have applied to the view, so you can get a clean report of exactly what is currently rendered on the page. It doesn't take a screenshot of the page, it builds a printer-friendly report from the underlying data.

How does the print count work across users? +

The free print limit belongs to the app itself, not to any one person. If several people have the extension installed, every Ctrl+P any of them presses on that app counts toward that same shared monthly total — it doesn't matter who's printing or which computer they're on. So registering the app once and upgrading it to Pro gives unlimited prints to everyone who uses that app, not just whoever registered it. To register or upgrade, find the app id in the app's URL right after /start/ and enter it on the pricing form above.

What view types are supported? +

Table views and deck views, in AppSheet's Desktop mode. Open either view type and press Ctrl+P to get a clean local print. Other view types, such as detail, chart, or calendar, aren't supported yet, but we're working on adding support for them in the future, do let us know if you have a specific request.
